My brother Matt runs cross country, and a few weeks ago he ran in region and took 5th. His goal was the top 10, and we were so proud he got 5th and made it to state. So today he ran state and his goal was to get in the top 20. He finished 10th. The top 10 get medals, so he barely made it. I can't tell you how excited and proud of him we are. We would have been more than happy to see him meet his goal of like 18th or 20th, but no he has to go and get 10th. That is so amazing in state and we are so happy for him. I am so thankful we were able to go over and watch him. It was so great to be a part of it! Good job Matt, you're awesome! Congrats!
